Self-Pay Testing:

• Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis and vary based on types of testing involved & examinee finances.

• Typical range:  $900-$3,000

• We can discuss ways to utilize out of network benefits for private insurance.

• Final report will not be released until we receive payment.

Disability & DORS testing:

This testing is paid for by the state offices, so there's no fee you're responsible for.
