We aim to make the evaluation process as transparent and accessible as possible. Your cost will depend on the type of evaluation you’ve been referred for.

Disability (DDS) & DORS Evaluations

If you have been referred for testing through Disability Determination Services (DDS) or the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS):

• There is no cost to you

• These evaluations are fully funded by the referring state agency

All billing and reporting are handled directly through DDS or DORS. If you have questions about your referral, you may also contact your assigned Disability Examiner or DORS Counselor.

Out-of-Network (Self-Pay) Psychological Testing

For individuals seeking a comprehensive psychological evaluation, fees vary based on the type and scope of testing required.

Typical Investment:

• $900 – $3,000

Because each evaluation is tailored to your specific needs, final fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, typically following an initial consultation.

• We can discuss options for utilizing out-of-network insurance benefits

• Payment arrangements may be discussed when appropriate

• A completed report will be released once the balance is paid in full
